Best Price Guarantee

With us, you set the price!

We guarantee you the best price for every item in our range. Should you find one or more items cheaper on a German website or in a retail store in Germany than with us, we will offer the same price.

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to claiming the best price guarantee:

1. The competitor's offer must refer to a website operated from Germany according to the respective provider's identification (imprint) or to a retail store located in Germany.

2. The competitor's offer must be current.

3. The competitor's item must be in stock.

4. The competitor's price must include all ancillary costs, such as shipping costs.

5. The competitor's offer must come from a commercial provider.

6. The manufacturer, type, and model of the competitor's offer must match our offer.

7. The competitor's item must be new and in its original packaging.

8. It must not be an obviously erroneous competitor's offer (e.g., a typo in the price).

9. Best price offers cannot be combined with other discount systems.

10. Only household quantities will be supplied.

 Procedure

If you find a cheaper offer from another provider, send us a link to the corresponding competitor's offer or other suitable proof of price (e.g., a photo) and a detailed list of the desired items by email to felix@raaad.de. You will then receive an offer from us by email as quickly as possible.
