A. Shipping Costs and -Information:
Shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Bicycle parts are shipped via DHL / Deutsche Post.
Bicycles or very bulky large orders are shipped on pallets via a freight forwarding company.
The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

Freight shipping costs for bicycles (delivery only within Germany): €99
If you order a bicycle, please provide a phone number. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
For every order, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
If the delivery is returned to us after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will bear the costs for reshipping.

Shop Pay
Below you will find detailed information about the individual payment options:
1. Credit Card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is submitted.
2. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method during checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on invoice via PayPal, creating a PayPal account is not required.
4. You will then be redirected back to (www.raaad.de) us.
3. Sofort by klarna
Instant bank transfer – simple and direct payment.
"Sofort.” is the direct bank transfer system of Sofort GmbH – a Klarna Group company. You can pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking credentials (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows in-stock and digital goods to be shipped immediately, so you receive your purchases faster.
4. Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported device while completing the required verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment information stored in your app for the transaction. More information can be found at:

5. Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. 6. Shop Pay
With Shop Pay, you can check out faster when shopping at participating stores. Your saved payment and shipping information is automatically filled in when you enter your email address during checkout. When you sign up for Shop Pay, Shopify securely encrypts and stores the following information for future purchases:
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Credit card details
- Mobile phone number
