What are the shipping costs?

When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed by 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri), we usually ship the same day.
Bicycles may require an additional business day for preparation.

How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days within Germany. Bicycles have a delivery time of 3-8 business days.

How is it shipped?
Bicycle parts are shipped with DHL.
Bicycles and bulky items are delivered by freight forwarder (telephone number required for scheduling with freight forwarder).

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Which countries do you ship to?
We only deliver within the European Union.

What are the shipping costs?
Austria: €7.90 (2–5 business days)
Other EU: €14.90 (2–6 business days)

Are bicycles shipped internationally?
No, we only deliver bicycles within Germany.

How long do I have to return an item?
14 days after receipt – only new and unused items without signs of mounting.

Who bears the return costs?
The buyer bears the costs and responsibility for the return.

How does the refund process work?
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be processed within 1–5 business days via the original payment method.
